How are you feeling today?

Our feelings are the most significant barometer of our well-being.

Do we allow ourselves the time and patience to feel the feeling or shove it down and get on with being busy?

Just for today let’s not judge or criticize but notice how we react to feelings and have compassion for ourselves.

One of the key concepts of the co-creational relationship mentoring approach is that communication is an internal experience – a communion with oneself – that entails self-affirmation and belief, active listening and identification of feelings, thoughts, and personal ownership and resolution of everything that arises in us.

For today let’s just try to notice, how are we feeling.
